Vermont Smoke & Cure believes that great food doesn't need to be complicated, which is why they keep things simple. Since 1962, they've been carefully producing delicious smoked meats using only the best quality meat, spices, herbs, and locally-sourced ingredients. The snack sticks are made in small batches, crafted by hand, and slow-cooked for over 18 hours to achieve maximum flavor. As an added touch, half of the sticks are smoked in their very own Smokehouse, giving them a distinctive and delicious taste.
